According to the Wall Street Journal, Canada is seeing a sharp rise in cases of Covid-19 with the number of average daily cases reaching peak levels previously set in April. Confirmed cases for the past seven days—9,636 ended Sept. 28—rose 29% from the previous seven-day period, according to data from Johns Hopkins University, and are roughly triple the tally from the last seven days in August. This is alarming health officials and triggering a second round of strict distancing and screening guidelines across the country.
To help mitigate this spike, Preworkscreen hasdeveloped questionnaire sets for all 13 Canadian Provinces and Territories. These questionnaires are based off The Public Health Agency of Canada’s screening guidelines found here. Our daily employee COVID-19 self-assessment app allows employees to perform self-health checks, log their results, and report to their employers in real-time. It is compatible with both Android and IOS devices in Canada, as well as a desktop version. We will continue to update these questionnaires as new information comes available.
